Sundance Vacations was founded in 1991 and started with just a single office and two employees. Now with over 20 years in the travel industry, Sundance Vacations has grown to have 11 offices spread across four states and has over 400 current employees.
As a multiple-time finalist for the “Best Places to Work” in Illinois, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the company puts a lot of value in its employees. Sundance Vacations owners and Co-CEOs John and Tina Dowd know that it is their employees that help to create and improve the culture of the company.
