We’re gearing up for the New Year with some new Sundance Vacations properties for our travelers in Florida and North Carolina.
We always strive to offer a variety of destinations for our travelers and love to consider new property locations based on their desires.
We’re proud to announce our new properties in Tampa, Florida and New Bern, North Carolina as a New Year’s treat to all our travelers!
The locations include the Barrymore Hotel in Tampa, Florida and Sand Castle Village or Windjammer Villas in New Bern, North Carolina and feature all your favorite amenities.
How could you not love this view from your Sundance Vacations unit?
Although we currently offer properties near Daytona Beach, Anventura, Cape Coral, Weston, Kissimmee, Port St. Lucie and more, this is our first Sundance Vacations location in Tampa!
Our Sundance Vacations Tampa, Florida lodging is located right along the Tampa Riverwalk and very close to the highway for easy access to activities. In fact, the hotel is located right in the heart of Tampa’s Arts District, home to many museums, places to eat and full-days of exploring or shopping.
Rather relax around the hotel? Sit down in your room and eat breakfast right by a dazzlingly aerial view of the city or enjoy a dip in the spacious outdoor pool as featured in the picture above. Travelers can also visit WaterWorks Bar and Grill as well as the hotel’s full-service restaurant and bar for convenient meals.
Plan a trip to Disney World or check out one of the many beaches along the coast of the state. Whatever your vacation plans are, Tampa is definitely one to consider for the summer of 2017.

Sundance Vacations Sand Castle Village property has a sunny deck to view the marina of Sand Castle Lake from your room. Plus, there’s two other man-made lakes only a short walk from the unit.
There’s a golf course, pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis court and more right on site to ensure you’re entertained during your stay. Did we mention there’s also an on-site steam sauna?
In addition to its full sized kitchen and great amenities like its washer and dryer, the Sand Castle Village unit at Fairfield Harbour has an on-site grill and restaurant to get food.
Our Sundance Vacations Windjammer Villas are located on the same street as Sand Castle Village and offer very similar features and course, the same resort amenities.
These properties are sure to become a favorite for our kayakers, golfers, and other outdoor enthusiasts.
Now for the hardest choice: which Sundance Vacations property would you rather?
