Putting for Pups: Mon Valley Paws Annual Golf Outing

At Sundance Vacations, we’re all about supporting the local community, and that includes our two-legged and four-legged friends at Mon Valley Paws! What could be better than a sunny golf outing in June? A sunny golf outing in June that supports pet adoption and pet services. The second annual Mon Valley Paws golf outing took place on Saturday, June 17th at Butler’s Golf Course & Rock Run Inn. Sundance co-founders John and Tina Dowd donated a week vacation certificate that was awarded to a lucky winner during the basket raffles. Last year’s outing raised $5,000 that was donated to Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs, local animal rescues, and grants for vet assistance for pets in the community. In addition to the basket raffles, this year’s exciting event included,

• Round of golf
• Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and last place
• Unlimited drinks (domestic beer, soda, water, Gatorade)
• Buffet dinner after round
• Contests (closest to the pin, longest drive, putting)
• Mulligans, skins, and strings for sale
• Basket auction and 50/50 raffle
