At Sundance Vacations, we’re all about supporting the local community, and that includes our two-legged and four-legged friends at Mon Valley Paws! What could be better than a sunny golf outing in June? A sunny golf outing in June that supports pet adoption and pet services. The second annual Mon Valley Paws golf outing took place on Saturday, June 17th at Butler’s Golf Course & Rock Run Inn. Sundance co-founders John and Tina Dowd donated a week vacation certificate that was awarded to a lucky winner during the basket raffles. Last year’s outing raised $5,000 that was donated to Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs, local animal rescues, and grants for vet assistance for pets in the community. Mon Valley Paws is a non-profit organization fundraising to help four-legged friends and their parents in the Mon Valley area. Their mission is to provide assistance to individuals and non-profit organizations who specialize in health care and the rescue of animals.
