Sundance Vacations Joins Chicago Better Business Bureau’s Consumer Resource Guide

Wilkes-Barre, PA (November 11, 2009) Sundance Vacations recently partnered with the Chicago Better Business Bureau’s Consumer resource guide, for consumers who may be interested in a wholesale vacation product.

The Consumer Resource guide is published as a reference for consumers who are looking for reputable BBB members to do business with. Sundance Vacations is a proud member of the Chicago Better Business Bureau. The company has been a Better Business Bureau accredited business in Chicago since 2005. “We’re very proud of our rating and reputation among Illinois travelers,” comments Sundance Vacations President John Dowd. “Chicago is an excellent market for us. Travel bookings go through the roof when the blistery snow begins to blow and now discriminating travelers will find us in the BBB resource guide when they are ready to book a trip.”
The Better Business Bureau research guide is special opportunity to reinforce our brand to Chicago travelers. The company’s ad reminds travelers that the best moments in life are not spent in the boardroom. “We wanted the customer to identify and have an Ah ha moment,” says founder Tina Dowd.   “This little nudge reminds our customers to travel now and travel often.” Sundance Vacations recently supported the Chicago Better Business Bureau’s 13th Annual Torch Awards Program. The company donated a seven night free vacation to one of Sundance Vacations’ numerous resort properties. The Torch Award ceremony will be held on Thursday, December 3rd at the Holiday Inn Mart Plaza, Chicago.
In addition to working with the Chicago BBB, Sundance Vacations executives are also promoting best customer service practices though a consortium. The NEPA Customer Service consortium is a group of local businesses that have joined together to share ideas on how to improve the customer service experience. “We’re sharpening our customer service skills and gathering new ideas from our respected neighbors in the community so we will be ready to service our 80,000 national travelers when they need an escape from the winter conditions,” finishes Sundance Vacations President John Dowd.

Inc. 500/5000.
