Wilkes-Barre, Pa (October 21, 2009) Sundance Vacations will participate in Make a Difference Day by holding a Haunted House at the corporate headquarters at 264 Highland Park Blvd, located adjacent to the Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza.
Make a Difference Day is the most encompassing national day of helping others — a celebration of neighbors helping neighbors. It is an annual event sponsored by USA Weekend magazine.
“Sundance at Sundown” will take place on Thursday October 22nd from 7pm-9pm, Friday October 23rd from 7pm-11pm, and Saturday October 24th from 7pm-11pm. The entry fee is $5. All proceeds raised will be donated to the Luzerne County SPCA (Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals). “I am very proud of the Sundance Vacations employees who have volunteered their time and effort to support this worthy cause,” said Sundance Vacations President John Dowd.
In 2008, Sundance Vacations partnered up with Habitat for Humanity for Make a Difference Day. The company raised $2,830 companywide for local habitats in their community.
Please join Sundance Vacations for a “Spooktacular” night. Your donations will help the Luzerne County SPCA provide for hundreds of abused animals.
