On May 16, the annual Go Red for Women event took place at the West Shore Country Club in Harrisburg, PA, hosted by the Capital Region chapter of the American Heart Association. Sundance Vacations proudly held the title of Gold Sponsor for the 2023 and 2024 events. Kristal Markle-Temons, president of Bossy Girl Leadership, served as the 2024 Capital Region chairwoman. The event featured the eight Woman of Impact nominees, Miss Pennsylvania Amanda Moore, heart attack survivor Desiree Brougher, along with sponsors and guests. Attendees celebrated two decades of the Go Red for Women initiative and more than a century of the American Heart Association’s efforts. As we look forward to the next century, the commitment to health and hope for all remains unwavering.
