Sundance Vacations Sponsors Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce for Annual Dinner
Wilkes-Barre, PA (November 18, 2009) — Sundance Vacations recently sponsored the Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce to celebrate their 125th annual dinner.
Sundance Vacations is happy to do so. The Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce has done so much for the community and helping local businesses thrive.
The Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce’s annual dinner was held at Genetti’s-Best Western Hotel in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The program helped spotlight the area’s renewed “River of Dreams”. This premier event, focused on the River Commons project that is helping to define the Luzerne County community. The event also recognized the Chamber’s Small Business of the Year and Distinguished Citizen award recipients.
Sundance Vacations is honored to be a part of the outstanding community enhancements happening in the Greater Wilkes-Barre area. “2009 has been a difficult time. The economy is terrible. But, as much as the economy makes us feel anxious, Northeastern Pennsylvania is one of the best 30 markets to do business,” said Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Business and Industry President Todd Vonderheid.
