The Luzerne County Child Advocacy Center will hold the 3rd Annual ‘Strike Out Abuse’ Bowl-A-Thon Saturday, October 7th at Chacko’s Family Bowling Center.
The fundraiser will help the center provide medical care, forensic interviews and mental health assistance, free of charge, to children who have been abused. Last years Bowl-A-Thon raised more than ten thousand dollars!
There is a $200 Registration Fee per team, and each team may consist of up to 5 bowlers.

Each team will receive:
Two hours of bowling
Shoe rental for each team member
One large pizza per lane
One pitcher of soda per lane
One event t-shirt per person
One prize bag per team
Sundance Vacations will participate in the raffle, with a week-long golf getaway.
Sundance Vacations donated an 8 night/7 day stay for the beautiful Myrtle Beach/Hilton Head, SC, which is valued at $1,500 for the Basket Raffle!
More about the Luzerne County Child Advocacy Center
Luzerne County Child Advocacy Center is a private, nonprofit organization who has a multidisciplinary team to represent law enforcement, child protection services, prosecution, mental health services, medical professionals, victim advocacy services, and more! In 2016, the LCCAC provided services for over 530 children and their families, and since its inception in 2010, the center has served over 2,500 children.
The center often works with foster child at Brandon’s Forever Home and helps them feel comfortable while away from their family.
