Sundance Vacations Recognized for 25 Years in Business
Sundance Vacations co-founders John and Tina Dowd as well as employees from their Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania corporate headquarters gathered the morning of Wednesday August 31 to celebrate a major company milestone, a Senate Citation.
Pennsylvania State Representatives Doyle Heffley and Jerry Knowles and Pa. State Senators Dave Argall and John Yudichak presented the Dowds with a Senate Citation to commemorate their company’s long-standing reputation and years of service to travelers across the United States.

With congratulatory mimosas in hand, Sundance Vacations employees toasted to 25 successful years in business after a short presentation and recognition from the elected officials.

The company began as a small, husband-and-wife operation in 1991 and has since evolved into the nine-office entity it is today, with nearly 400 employees across the United States.
