Sundance Vacations is constantly expanding and evolving its departments to provide the highest-level of client engagement and satisfaction. Our mission of enriching lives through travel truly shines through in our most recent program. Our newest venture, Universal Employees, also known as Sundance Seals, was created to expand the skillset of our longtime, valuable marketing team members. The seven current Sundance Seals are trained in multiple existing fields to assist the Marketing and Sales departments. These dual skillsets enable Universal Employees to improve efficiency, contribute significantly to the growth of the company, and enhance the experience for our customers. Universal Employees empathetically serve all Sundance customers through the effective application of sales and marketing skills.
“The idea of creating a Universal Employee is exciting because it creates opportunities for the individuals to broaden their skillset and increase their earning potential,” said Kyle Homer, Vice President of Sales, “Rather than filling multiple groups with staff that only have half a workload, we can now focus on one group that is staffed with the ability to wear multiple hats where needed. It is efficient and it is practical. I cannot wait to see the results of this initiative!”
Our top staff will receive ongoing specialized training as our company grows, which will offer continued knowledge and insight about Sundance and our program. This additional learning advantage will benefit the team in their current positions, or even open new doors for other potential positions.
