Sundance Vacations customer service team have been receiving a lot of reviews to kick off 2017, and we wanted to share what others are saying about our customer care.
Clients have taken to posting ratings with ecstatic Sundance Vacations reviews on Birdeye, where we’ve collected nearly 4,000 reviews about our travel services.
In fact, on Birdeye, we have a 4.7 out of 5 star rating.
Amy D. just reviewed our Sundance Vacations Harrisburg office on March 22, telling us she appreciates how we make traveling so affordable, “I love you guys for helping my family so they get their wish to travel to Disney World.”
There’s travelers reviewing us that have been long-standing clients and new ones who just attended a presentation to learn about us and are eager to check out some Sundance Vacations reviews.
Aj gave us a 5 star rating after coming to our Sundance Vacations Pittsburgh office, “Great salesmen, overall experience was great also. Very nice and welcoming people. Vacation packages are the best deals I’ve seen, my husband and I won a 3 day 2 night trip to Orlando, Florida. -Airfare, hotels and accommodations all included. -Absolutely free, no gimmicks, no obligations to purchase anything. I only have to pay an 80$ tax fee, I would highly recommend them to everybody.”
But that’s not all! Sundance Vacations won a 2017 Silver Stevie Award for Sales and Customer Service this past February.
We were recognized for our newly introduced reservation stations at each office, which all allows clients to book their trips right after joining our travel program.

Serving our travelers first has always been Sundance Vacations priority and we’re so happy that we can do even more for clients with this addition in our King of Prussia and Washington DC offices.
So what makes our program and philosophy different?
Tyler M. seems to think it was the way we presented our services when he visited our Sundance Vacations Pittsburgh office, “The staff was fantastic from start to finish. I was greeted with respect and…was worked with, not sold to, and that is what makes a difference.”
Others were glad that they attended the Sundance Vacations presentation even though they were skeptical.
Dena O. had this to share about her visit to our Sundance Vacations King of Prussia office: “I went to the seminar with a friend convince this was a scam based on the reviews online. I was determined to get in, get my Amazon fire tablet, and get out. I was so wrong—this is not a scam. George and Chelsea were amazing! Even though I decided the vacation package wasn’t in my budget at this time in my life, my friend was so impressed that she bought a vacation package. My friend and I appreciated the time George and Chelsea took to get to know each of us, our goals, and what would financially work for us.”
Another feat that we are very proud of is maintaining a positive relationship with the Better Business Bureau. Feel free to check out Sundance Vacations reviews on the BBB website.
