Sundance Vacations Traveler of the Day Winner Announced
This photo receive more than 130 votes to win the first-ever month of the Sundance Vacations Traveler of the Day Photo Contest!
Sundance Vacations is happy to announce the first winner of our newly introduced “Sundance Vacations Traveler of the Day” contest.
Congratulations to Louis and Michelle A., who have been selected as the winner of the contest for the month of December, 2014. The family, who finished with 134 votes, will now be able to select a charity of their choice and Sundance Vacations will donate $500 to it in their name!
Louis and Michelle have selected St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital as their charity of choice and wanted the donation to be made in their children’s names, Aiden and Ryleigh. Again, congratulations to both the winner and the selected charity that will benefit from this new contest.
The “Sundance Vacations Traveler of the Day” contest runs monthly and includes photos that have been sent in by our travelers. The photos are chosen at random and one is posted daily for the duration on the month. Travelers and our Facebook fans are encouraged to “like” or “share” the photo and each time they do, it counts as a vote toward that photo winning. At the end of the voting period, the votes are calculated and the photo with the most is declared the winner!
Sundance Vacations has thousands of happy travelers that take advantage of our wholesale travel product and we wanted to have a way to feature them. The “Sundance Vacations Traveler of the Day” contest is just one of the new ways that we are reaching out to and rewarding our travelers. Over the course of the December contest, we received almost 900 votes and are looking forward to the results of our January contest.
This contest, which helps both local and national charities, comes on the heels of Sundance Vacations announcing their new charity website, www.SundanceVacationsCharities.com. A website dedicated to raising awareness for helping charity organizations. Sundance Vacations Co-Owners, John and Tina Dowd, are firmly committed to giving back and are well known for their charitable pursuits.
